The workout of the day is…

[a] 3-2-1-1-1

back squat

[b] 8 minute AMRAP

8 x goblet squat

8 x american KB swings


We are going to start hitting out some 1 rep max’s on our lifts over the next couple of weeks so try to make as many sessions as you can! If you haven’t set yourself a benchmark yet, this will be your opportunity. If you have already hit max’s for these movements, this will be your chance to see how much you’ve progressed and how your hard work is paying off 😀
