The workout of the day is…

20 minute AMRAP w/ partner

10 x air squats

10 x push press

10 x knee raises

100m run together


This workout is totally suitable for everyone! Bring a mate, or don’t – but you should all still come along and get this workout in for the weekenddddddd 😀 ❤
