[a] 5 x rope climbs + 5 x up/down farmers carry

[b] 10 minute AMRAP

5 x v-ups

10 x pull-ups (jumping/kipping)

30 x double unders (or 15 doubles/50 singles)

Don’t forget there is no Saturday workout this week, so get in today and tomorrow and smash out these workouts 😀 Bring some socks for these rope climbs.
