Exciting news! We are welcoming local personal trainer, Emma Hamilton, into our little community! You can chuck her a follow at her own facebook page Active Eve. Emma will be running a small group session after the CrossFit class on Saturday morning at 8:30am that she is looking for a couple more people to join. This session would be suitable for mums returning to exercise after pregnancy and people just starting fitness that maybe don’t feel like they are quite ready to start CrossFit. If you know someone who might be interested in this, please let them know that their first session is only $5!
