Don’t think about it. Do it.

Don’t linger on how much you hate a movement. Get it done and move on.

Don’t lament over having to work to lift the weight. Suck it up and get after it.

It is supposed to be heavy, it is supposed to be hard, it is supposed to suck. That is what makes you better.

I hate to break it to you, but there is no easy route here. So instead of wishing for easier, or whining about reps, just get after it and crush it.
