The workout off the day is…

[a] 10 minutes of toes-to-bar practice

[b] 6 rounds – 20 second stations

  • overhead squats (sub: lunges)
  • good mornings
  • back squats
  • upright rows

-rest 1 minute 40 seconds – new round starts every three minutes.
