The workout of the day is…

[a] 3-3-3-2-2

clean and jerk

[b] 5 rounds;

6 x sit-up to stand-up (sub: 6 x situps + 6 x air squats)

6 x step overs

6 x kettlebell swings


It’s Wednesday again!!!! The rain has slowed down heaps, so no excuses for not making classes. If the roller doors are down, just come in through the front door 😀 😀 😀
