The workout of the day is…

With a partner – max reps at each station

1 minute of d’bell snatch

2 minutes of walking lunges

3 minutes of shuttle runs

4 minutes of ball slams

5 minutes of sprawls

6 minutes of wall balls


It was great to be out in the sun today 🌞 but apparently there is more rain headed for us tomorrow! Lucky this is a 100% inside workout, so this won’t affect us 😀 Get your butts here for this fun partner workout. Beginner friendly, newbies welcome. Just PM me too book in 😀
