The workout of the day is…

[a] 10-15 minutes toes-to-bar

[b] 12 minute ladder

-deadlift

-ball slam

-sit-up

[1st round=1 rep each, 2nd round=2 reps each, 3rd round=3 reps each and so on until time is up]
