The workout of the day is…

[a] 3-3-3-3-3

floor press from rack

[b] 3 rounds

In 3 minutes run 300m then:

rnd 1/ max ring rows

rnd 2/ max push ups

rnd 3/ max strict k’bell press

Rest 90 seconds between each round
