The workout of the day is…

22 minute AMRAP

22 x push press (partner holds plate overhead)

22 x v-ups (partner holds planks)

22 x lunges (partner holds bottom of squat)

-Share reps between partners, but one partner must be doing the holds for the reps to count! If one needs to rest, the other must rest.
