Our sessions will prepare you for joining CrossFit classes as you learn the basics that are used in everyday classes.
The ‘On Ramp’ program includes 3 x 40 minute private sessions. You will have the option of one-on-one or to join with a friend and share a session.
Weekday sessions available, morning, noon and afternoon. Find a time that best suits your schedule.
We have a child-friendly space available so feel free to utilise it.
Beginner ‘On-Ramp’ Pack
Purchasing the beginner pack will give you 3 private sessions with one of our experienced coaches. We will contact you and find a time that best suits your schedule to start. Alternatively we can give you a gift voucher for a loved one.
