-between rounds: 700m med ball run (both partners run, one carries med-ball at a time)

Hey guys! No classes tomorrow, but I’m gunna sit down now and post some photos from Fridays baby shower workout 😀
If you want a workout to do at home try this:
3 x 10 push ups
between sets
3 x 10 laying leg raises (slow and controlled)
10 minute AMRAP
5 x handstand attempts
10 x burpees
15 x sit-ups or v-ups

In 20 minutes

-400m run together

then remainder of time AMRAP of:

4 x d’bell step ups

5 x box jumps

6 x toes to bar / knee raises

*alternate movements between partners*
