CrossFit Gympie is a purpose built CrossFit gym, coming into it’s 5th year servicing the Gympie community. Our strength and conditioning program caters to all ages and fitness levels. What is CrossFit Gympie?
We are focused on improving one’s health and lifestyle. How? Regular training with us in our strength and conditioning classes. The style of class we teach is inclusive so people of any fitness level can come train. We teach a class that is fun, every day is different with a combination of lifting weights, gymnastic, body weight and cardiovascular movements. Why? To build strength, burn fat, develop co-ordination and flexibility.

To see you in the best shape you have ever been in and to have a positive support network of coaches, nutritionists and team mates that encourage you to become the best version of yourself.
Whats the best way to start with us?
We recommend completing an ‘on ramp’ pack of personal training. Why? Our coaches have a combination of 20 years’ experience and we believe that a handful of private sessions will see you pick up the movements and help build confidence. These sessions are 40 minutes and the best bang for your buck.
Alternatively feel free to jump into the daily classes. They are all scaled to your fitness level so everybody can enjoy a training session.
