Personal training is awesome!  With a combined 25 years experience, our coaches design each session to be fun, efficient and fully customised to fast track your results and help you reach your goals.

Our sessions are ideal for people: who have been recommended for rehabilitation by their physiotherapist or not able to fit into our class schedule or
wanting some speciality time with a coach to build skills and technique. *** We are now an NDIS provider. ***

Our Personal Training sessions are for everyone, we take all ages, all fitness levels and all injuries/limitations. We work with you to get the most out of you and progress you.

Your session will be a combination of strength movements to build functional muscle, cardiovascular conditioning to get fitter and burn fat along with stretching to regain flexibility. You will gain lean muscle, remove pain, reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness and improving overall health and well being.
