Gympie weightlifting is been going from strength to strength for the past 5 years. Developing Youth, Senior and Masters athletes at reaching the state, national and international level.

Olympic Weightlifting is inclusive of all ages and body weights. The sport is fun, challenging and had major health benefits.
- Work exclusively with high level weightlifting and strength qualified coaches.

- Bookings required for training, spaces limited
- Adult Training Times – Monday and Thursday – 3:30pm to 7:30pm
- High School Training Times – Tuesday and Friday – 3:30pm to 5pm
- Primary School Training Times – Thursday – 3:30pm to 5pm
